Prices and Payment

We have set out the prices for our items on the relevant item page on our website. While we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, technical errors may occur. Therefore, please contact us to confirm the price of any of the item(s) which are of interest to you.

Payments can be made by cheques or online transfer of funds. No payments are deemed to be received by us until such funds have cleared.

Inspection and Collection of item(s)

Collection and delivery of the item(s) which you have purchased is your responsibility and delivery is an additional cost. We can introduce you to a company for domestic and international delivery.

As the item(s) sold by us are not brand new, it is your sole responsibility to inspect the item(s) to ensure that you are satisfied with its/their condition.

Item(s) can only be released to you after payment made has cleared.

All statements made in respect of any of the items are made in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. You may wish to seek independent expert advice to verify the veracity of the information.While we endeavour to ensure that the authenticity, origins and information relating to our item(s) is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and the completeness of such information.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, emotional anguish, suffering or satisfaction or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with the Items which you purchased from us.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the item(s) purchased by you from us shall be limited to the price of the item(s) paid by you to us. Notwithstanding the foregoing or preceding paragraph, we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

THIRD PARTY

A person who is not party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this Agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exist or is available apart from that Act.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and construed in accordance with English Law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
